The amazon ad shows the label showing glucosamine sulfate, but this is false. Label says take 4 a day.

This is the best stuff i have ever taken for my back discomfort.
I take 4 of the capsules each day; my hands are doing better!
After a full week, i had no pain in one knee and the other was about 95% good.
Of course loosing weight helps too, but in the process, these give relief before the benefit of weight loss kicks in.
