Instead of taking 4 capsules per meal of two supplemental, you’re taking less and much more streamlined and ease of use.
I bought this in the hopes that it'd slow the progression of diabetic neuropathy in my feet, and after 1 bottle i can say.
Because of this, it can also be very painful to stoop down or get off the floor without support.

This has the same amount if ala as the supplement i used to take plus it has benfotoamine

After a couple of months on it i was in a meeting with colleagues 10 years younger than me and i was the only one able to recall the details of the issue we were discussing

I stayed on it during my next pregnancy and didn’t experience the mommy brain fog that i did with my first sleep deprivation related issues were still there but i didn’t experience the longer lasting memory issues while on this
