Pros

Product helps reduce the pain in my feet from diabetic neuropathy. Works to get rid of restless leg syndrome too. Special cream at nite on my feet relieves the pain.

I hope this helps someone who may feel like it's never gonna get better. Keep your mind open and pray,meditate,or just hold an optimist view. I hope the benefits continue.

Usual form is thiamin hci. It gets absorbed much better before converting to the active form of thiamine which can then be used.

Cons

It's useless trying to solve problems. It gives me severe diarrhea. No help with neuropathy in feet. Did not work for neuropathy pain.
