Pros

Ever since opdivo for melanoma, my stomach has been jacked up! Lol hcl saves him from having so much extra discomfort with digestion and bad stomach bacteria. No upset stomach after eating, resulting in stool and abdomen issues.

Probiotics, magnezium, zincic ionic, vitamine sumplements helps me with gerd. I also use papaya chews (enzymes) which work well. It helps with digesting your food and putting back the good bacteria in your stomach.

When i firs bought this bottle, i take a pill before a meal. And 20 min cardio each day and on non workout days 30 min cardio.

Cons

Betaine hcl really helps to fight sibo symptoms as i no longer feel extremely bloated and malnourished.
