This bottle contains magnesium in a lysinate glycinate chelated form which is well absorbed. This is a chlelated form, which enhances absorption.
The recommended dosage is 2 tablets which give you 105mg. While the dose, 2 tablets, gives you only 25% daily value, it's in a form that's gentle.
Great product & best magnesium type for quickest absorption. Switching to this magnesium worked very well. This doctor's best high absorption magnesium lysinate glycinate meets all my needs.
Magnesium gets misdiagnosed as other things. Good for heart, blood pressure, kidney stones, muscle and cramp problems. Helps so much with my depression and anxiety without all of the side effects from antidepressants.
Keep pushing forward, and stay strong my friends. More is needed for people suffering from a magnesium deficit.

The labeling is intentionally evasive. The bottle says 105mg on the front in bold lettering, and directly below it states 120 capsules in the same size font.

I can attest to the magnesium in it but not sure if its anymore highly absorbable than regular mg glysine lysine didnt prove to get it into my fibromyalgia tightened muscle tissue any better
