Magnesium works great especially if you take opiate pain meds and suffer from constipation. Sleep awesome, less anxiety, no muscle cramps. My naturally achey and tight muscles aren't as tight and achey.

This is a powder and it has a net weight. That means they weight the powder by itself. Stir in the powder. It will calm you down.

Cons

Powder form of magnesium lysinate glycinate is beyond unpleasant. Unflavored version is absolute garbage in flavour. Not returnable nor refundable.
