Pros

If you're experiencing poor sleep, this is worth a try! It's a good combination of the different magnesium types. Everyone tolerates different types of magnesium differently. This helps me sleep and keeps legs cramps at bay.

Cons

The pill is large and lacks a smooth coating. The size alone makes it extremely uncomfortable and even a bit intimidating, which defeats the purpose of an easy supplement routine.
