These are small capsules that are easy to *. This is a higher quality zinc than you will get in most multivitamins. These are powdered capsules so are more apt to be easily and quickly absorbed by the body.

Choose a chelated form of zinc supplement for the best bioavailability in your body. Zinc is a supplement i take to fend off illness. It is more necessary during the pandemic than ever.

High absorption magnesium is my favorite of all supps. No complains, acts exactly like the zinc. Doctor’s best is a brand i trust.
