Pros
The capsules aren't too large and are easier to * than a lot of vitamins out there. I open the capsule and sprinkle half the capsule on the dogs food twice a day and as they are small dogs this seems to work.
These vitamins work! These are just right.
Folic acid isn't my friend, but l-methyl folate is. Fabtastic, high quality multivitamin. Make a morning smoothie.
Taste is bearable. Good dosage, mix of benefits, and good quality. Saves some money.
Cons
Label is inaccurate. Vitamin b12 is the worst. I am concerned about the amount of dye in this multi-vitamin if my * comes out like uncarbonated mountain dew.

I have more energy, nicer looking skin, faster growing hair and overall improved health from taking this vitamin.
Last year, for a few months, they were nowhere to be had, probably as a result of cv-19 screwing things up.
After a week of using the product my backache disappeared; after a couple of weeks the lethargy was gone.

This is a very good multi, especially for the price point!
I find this as a very good vegan multivitamin at a decent price.
For the price, this is best multivitamin you can get.

So i emailed the company to ask that and received a very prompt and courteous response that i will share since it may help someone else “regarding the dosage instructions the recommended usage is to take 3 capsules daily after meals
