Magnesium silicate is a dangerous additive and should not be taken even if you don't have a soy allergy. Causes acid reflux and indigestion.
Find the r-alpha lipoic acid. Both lipoic acid and asparagus have sulfur in them. This product is useless if not harmful for the myelin sheathing repair.
