Pros
The inner foam helps her with buoyancy & flotation in the water. This doggy life vest from petbank seems to be of good quality and it does float.
It fits him. It fits her decently well, besides the neck that doesn't secure under her very snugly. My dog hates things being put on her.
This is for my papillon mix. The quality of this doggy life jacket seems really great, with one the padding feels thin. Super cute, lightweight and a perfect fit on my 20 pound maltese shih tsu.
The buckle clasps are super strong and durable, but also very easy to unfasten. There are adjustable straps and velcro that go under the belly and underneath the neck. The straps seem well thought out and are highly adjustable.
Cons
The size small is too small on my 13lb doxie.

Hes about the middle adjustment on the chest straps room to tighten or loosen but closer to the max size on the neck
