Pros

The cutouts on the sides make it very easy to pick up off the floor. Very sturdy. Stand is nice and so is the pan. I only wish that that they came in prettier colors.

The height of the bowl elevates it nicely for my small dog to eat or drink. Perfect for our 9 lb pom-chi. Dis is da bes' * bowl evah.

Only problem is that the metal clinks against the plastic when my dog is eating. This bowl is frequently cleaned and refreshed with new water. The base of the bowl is easy to clean although i do not put it in the dishwasher.

Cons

The bowl is so small my rotty would be knocking her food out of the bowl trying to eat it. Since the bowl sinks inside the container, it actually only raises the bowl about an inch. This is mostly useless for an elevated bowl.

Item listed as 6 inches tall. Do not buy these for a large breed dog. I have a 20 lb dog and it is too small for him. It is not made for large dogs.

I have large dog who push it around, knock it over and basically abuse the product twice a day.

My toy poodle likes his dining bowls, good quality, sturdy and the black goes with everything.

Other than that, i would highly recommend this product.

The large seems like a medium if your dog is bigger then a miniature schnauzer make sure you go with the xl.

Packaging/appearance

If it's washed in the dishwasher the rubber seal on the bottom becomes unglued and flops around.

I'll be ordering a larger one for my 50lb.
