This cover has a finished smooth edge so it will sit at the top of a 13.
I use a hot pad to handle this lid for my extensive cooking projects.
The handle stayed relatively cool for my quick cooking projects but heated up for the longer ones.
The double hole handle properly supports the over-sized lid.
Price
This is not an inexpensive lid at the time of this review, but it appears to be a well-designed and nice looking one.

I measured the glass lid inner rim to be around 12316” which is a bit small for my pan inner rim of 13”

This means that the lid may jiggle around a bit when it is on which was somewhat disappointing
