The only problem we had is that the opening at the top is slightly too large for a standard candle so a little bit of shimming or melting the bottom is required to make it stay put

The candle i bought for it which was an average sized candle stick was a bit to small for the candle holder and the candle sometimes fall out if it gets bumped or the table is bumped into
