I'm 5'9, 195# and got xxl; it's really snug, almost too snug. The only thing is that it is a bit loose around my hips where it flares out a bit.

Description of the item says that it has “underwire”. Be cautious with the sizing. The straps are not adjustable. Even though it says no bottoms they show in pic so misleading.
