I give it a 4 because i think with the right pairing of pants and accessories may make it look better.
This is a low cost item, and the quality is decent - but not super high quality.
I will wear a cami under it to help with transparency issues.

If it came in a xxxl i would order it in all the colors they had.
I am 5'0, 155lbs, c cup, ordered xl - fits great.
