The heel itself is made from a soft wood and even out of the box there were already dents in the heel and somewhat damaged which is quite a bummer

The leather cord detail on top is nice but you have to be careful putting on the shoe as the cord can get stuck under the larger piece of leather and i could see it breaking if you arent careful its also very uncomfortable if the cord is under the leather
