Pros

It is very soft and comfy, with great quilted stitching. I have a firm foam mattress but just needed something that's not foam to make my bed feel soft. Wish it was padded more, but it’s great for the price!

It's the nicest mattress pad i've ever had. Good value. Satisfied purchaser. No regrets in purchasing this item.

Washes without piling or bunching. Fit perfectly on full size bed. Came out of the washer and dryer perfect no shrinking.

Cons

This product infest our house with bedbugs! It's thinner than our current comforter and laying on it completely compresses the fibers so you can't even feel any cushion underneath you. Gives almost zero softness/padding on your mattress.

I'm frustrated by this and will be requesting a return.

This seems to be a nice high quality mattress pad, and for the price i was quite surprised.

This is a great mattress cover came out of the washer and dryer perfect no shrinking.

It looks a little flat when you first get it out of the packaging but it fluffs up a lot!

We opened this from the vacume sealed bag and let it air for over 24hours and it fluffed up and is just as puffy as it looks in the photo.
