Under-sleeve is comfortable and stays in place. My bad knees really enjoy the donjoy on long difficult hikes.
Keeps my skin from getting rubbed raw. Keeps the brace from rubbing. It is soft and slick serving both purposes perfectly.
Cons
This undersleeve is nothing as pictured. I feel no support out of it, it’s just a buffer between my incisions and clothes. These are not the same patella sock being sold last year.

The major difference between the two is that the cp sleeve is made out of soft camisolelongjohn material whereas this rc sleeve is made out of thin legging material with rubberized grips on the inside seams

Of the donjoy sleeves the rc sleeve this product is more functional and practical for me particularly as someone who sweats a lot and wears my brace to the gym
