The lanyard ring is definitely harder to attach probably becase it is slightly thicker than the clip

At first it seems as if the notch is too small by a hundreth of a millimeter but if you insert the ring slightly angled toward the notch and lever it back and down itll get it closer to catching

I purchased the leatherman brand pocket clip first but broke it trying to bend the end of it so that it would not catch my pocket as i put it away

If the leatherman brand clip would allow one handed operation when putting it away it would be perfect but it didn’t

As is the arch in the middle on the clip prevents the clip from sliding all the way in and thus the spring mechanism on the outside can’t close
