It is unable to lock the dead bolt now because of how thick it is but im okay with that because i dead bolt the screen door instead

Just make sure that if your door is not a 100 leveled you will need to stick this stopper accordingly if not your door will get stuck when trying to open it with this attached to the bottom

There was a little bit of over hang that i trimmed off that i used behind the face plate of a skeleton lock to block the key hole from letting cold air in

In the past i have just not worried too much about it even though i knew i was loosing heat and thus money under the door
