Pros
Only downside is that it is twist-on/twist-off rather than button activated. Turning on and off is not too bad with 4mm gloves on. Ordered three, and was blown away.
The light is very bright and battery life is excellent. Replacement and recharging is a breeze. In two weeks of use no leaks and worked perfect everytime.
Cons
It seems like maybe something doesn't line up quite right inside until it is whacked a bit. Loosen ever so slight to turn off. I am try to contact this manufacture to report this problem.
The beam is so concentrated that your visibility is very limited. This flashlight is not very bright under water. It has minimal affect in terms of improving your visibility underwater.

They left enough of an impression on me that i still remember how happy i was with both the product and service to this day.
Very much pleased with the throw and wash of this light.
The quality of this flashlight is excellent, perfect for every occasion, at night, diving, etc.
It's also quite cheap, in my opinion, for the quality.
Price
For this price, i am happy with it.
Setup a price alert and pickup a few whenever the price drops to around $25.
I can't believe this thing costs $35!
After a coupon code, replacing the battery compartment cost me under four dollars, including shipping.
Competitiveness
Much better than the subgear sp30 and at 1/3rd of the price.
I took this down to about 75ft in the gulf and it held up well.
Its rugged, with double o-rings and uses 6 aaa battries and for such a price !
Worked fantasic on our last trip to hawaii, especially the night dive.

I also improperly stored it over a long period with the batteries inside which of course eventually exploded has nothing to do with the device some other unrelated devices did the exact same thing

I also mangled the aaa battery holder and was happy to find that they still offer replacement parts for this device and they are quite cheap

A cheaper flashlight is probably just that not something you really want to own

It does not have a widely dispersed beam that you might use on a night dive just to see more of the area around you
