Pros
Good product, decently sturdy, not too bad to put together. Very sturdy for my rambunctious 8 year old boy. The quality is good for the price. It is durable.
One able bodied engineer husband with a very pregnant wife helped at a few key moments. Used a power drill to put together. It takes time too.
The instructions are very simple to understand and no damages were found. No items were damaged in the shipping or missing. Had no visible defects/damage, and its a huge space saver. The only complaint i have is that not everything is labeled.
Cons
There isn't a lot of slats at the bottom full size bed and the weight capacity is only 165 lb. One of the headboard pieces was completely cracked through 75% of the way down the board. This bunk bed looks pretty but don’t be fooled.
Packaging is awful and items arrive broken or mislabeled so you can't even assemble it. Very dissatisfied and sending back for a refund. Also not the sturdiest.

The first set we bought was metal, and only lasted one year in our airbnb.
On the day we started to assemble it, one of the letter "t" was broken at one end and split halfway down the board.

The kids love it and it was affordable.
If you are looking for a bunk bed without spending a fortune this is a great option!
This was a very cheap price and the only reason for that is you have to assemble it entirely yourself.
They would send a replacement or give a discount.

I was impressed with how quickly they got here also.
This set was delivered in one day.
It arrived damaged and i called amazon.
The bed came fast after ordering .
Packaging/appearance
I had all the correct # of screws, dowels, and bolts provided in the packaging.
Nothing arrived damaged and the bed looks awesome!
This arrived in an extremely heavy box.
As we were assembling the bed we notice a duplicate part came and had to contact the seller to send the correct/missing part (part e).
Competitiveness
It was easy to assemble (other than needing a skinnier philips head).
