Pros

The bed is a great product, honestly. My grandson loves it. The complaints from others are mostly just due to the fact that this is real wood (which has knots) not cracking in the wood.

Cons

Each piece of the bed has a sticker labeling it, if you remove the sticker the paint comes off. The wood-like material is fragile, and i had to be very cautious with its setup. There was a crack in the ladder and on the side of the twin size bed.

Do not purchase. It's not worth the hassle. They apparently have lousy level of product control. I really wish someone would just come and take the piece of junk out of my home.

Shipping

I ordered these on sunday and they came on friday.

Came in damaged by the shipping company but the seller was able to send replacement parts.

Packaging/appearance

Everything came packaged in a super organized way.

It arrived with a dime size gouge in one of the wood pieces but it was on the side that was facing the wall so it wasn’t a huge deal to us.

It didn’t come with caps to cover the metal screws so on the front you see metal hardware very clearly.
