Pros

Bottom holds two adults when we’ve had guests over, though not much headspace. My grandson loves it. It fits perfect in our room.

The bed is a great product, honestly. The complaints from others are mostly just due to the fact that this is real wood (which has knots) not cracking in the wood. Love the bed but, bed was cracked in 2 places.

Cons

Each piece of the bed has a sticker labeling it, if you remove the sticker the paint comes off. There was a crack in the ladder and on the side of the twin size bed. The slots to support the mattresses are not enough.

Do not purchase. It's not worth the hassle. I am beyond frustrated and really wish someone would just come and take the piece of junk out of my home.

I built the entire first bed with the wrong long screws and had to take the whole thing apart.

Shipping

I ordered these on sunday and they came on friday.

Came in damaged by the shipping company but the seller was able to send replacement parts.

Packaging/appearance

Everything came packaged in a super organized way.

It arrived with a dime size gouge in one of the wood pieces but it was on the side that was facing the wall so it wasn’t a huge deal to us.

It didn’t come with caps to cover the metal screws so on the front you see metal hardware very clearly.
