Pros

My only complaint is that i had to use a bunky board on the twin bed because of the slats. The only thing i would change is that we had to reinforce the bottom of each mattress.

The hex tool they provide is fine but i would get your own allen wrench. The t25 bit fits perfectly into screw grooves without stripping the bit. Solid wood some pieces have stickers on them that i'll have to use googone to take off.

Cons

Received either 2 foot boards or 2 headboard. The bed has a lot of scratch and crack. The wood-like material is fragile.

Dorel's service is terrible and the product is sub par. They apparently have lousy level of product control. Very frustrating. I am beyond frustrated and really wish someone would just come and take the piece of junk out of my home.

Highly recommend, excellent packaging, instructions, everything labeled very well, and the wood was good quality.

All in all they are very sturdy and the paint has not chipped or the boards cracked.
