Pros

The quality of the wood is amazing. Reasonably priced. It's as pictured and sturdy!

The spacing of the slats allows the mattress to flex between them. My grandson absolutely loves the top bunk. It is safe for him to climb up and down. The only thing i really hate about this bed is the wooden slates that the mattress sits on top of.

I live in an apartment on the second floor, and i got this delivered to my door. Theyre short enough that i can reach him for goodnight kisses and easy to make up. Shorter height to fit in smaller rooms.

Pulled all the headboard and footboard pieces out for both bunks. My only advice is to make sure you’ve added all the parts to one side before tightening the screws. Also, if you have to assemble this by yourself like i did, it’s a doozy to stack it, ... Read More

Cons

Bought the triple stack bunk bed (mocha) for $580. They only have the part in white, not mocha. Trying to use their website to request parts is unsuccessful as it is requesting #'s that are non-existent on the damaged parts.

First let me say that amazon plays no games they delivered this thing at 6:30am my husband was asleep so i just dragged it in the house.

The product arrived in a timely manner and it only took about an hour for two adults to assemble with three little kids.

Only complaint is they should ship extra parts.

Packaging/appearance

We got them for our toddlers bedroom, and they came in perfect condition!

I was disappointed that one piece, the top bunk safety rail, was snapped when i took it out of the box.
