I get the feeling that if you had to bend it too many times it could break but if you pick the hat up by the pinch then it shouldnt be a problem

Based on amazons size chart and a nice comfy hat i had lying around i determined i was an xlarge which the hat certainly was

A word for all the people who complained about the size if you dont know your hat size with a certain brand go to a local store and try on different hats w different sizes

I live in a town that has 15000 people or less and there are 3 stores that sell dpc hats

If you cant figure your size look locally first then if your town doesnt have the hat in the brand you want and you know your size than get it on amazon that way you save your self a lot of hassle and disappointment
