Make sure you have the proper usb drivers or programming them may not work

Im not sure if this is a problem with my windows system or weirdness in the usb driver

The seller should provide links for a pdf for pinout details and the usb driver

Imo not providing these is a substantial strike against the seller and it would be in their best interest to provide these as users will be far less frustrated

Users who cant program your product and cant know the pinout specs are likely to cause you grief

One other note is that because there are double rows of pins this format is not suitable for “stripboard” or standard breadboards where holes are connected in stripsbuses
