We ordered 2 sets and in one the bowls had shifted a couple were broken, but they sent a replacement set quickly.
Packaging/appearance
The packaging by the manufacturer was very well done.
My son requested this set for his kitchen and they were well packaged and intact.
I received my plates with one of them damaged.
I collect vintage cobalt glass, but my dinner plates are all scratched.
Competitiveness
This is my second purchase from the 10 strawberry street store, and it far better than the first.
The manufacturer qa checks could use a bit more attentiveness.

Order matte black but has a brown undertone and doesnt not look black

Two of the plates came with small scratches on them but i wasnt intending to use them for display so im sure theyll develop more as i use them anyway

There were some slight irregularities in shape when you stack them they dont exactly fit but no more variation than in handmade bowls
