Theres also alot of support as far as weight is concerned of course as long as its reasonable so large picture wooden picture frames should be held up with a couple of these

I would not be able to peel them off of regular paper

If we didnt use them the frame was sticking off the wall about

Very stickygood adhesion but not strong enough to hold a frame like a command stripwould easily hold up photos or smaller poster board size
