Pros

Just 2 or 3 pieces satisfy that craving for a treat - without empty sugar calories. My dad's cardiologist recommends 1-3 a day for heart health. The moment you pop one into your mouth, it melts beautifully.

Cons

Chocolates were melted, but not completely. Unsure why an inferior, defective product cannot be returned. This is just greed and your purchase will justify it.

The candy is old, discolored and does not taste or melt like it should. The chocolates are chalky and no flavor.

It’s just delicious and i wish you were always a lower price like i paid for it with this product.

It is still the best chocolate, and still at a good price.

That's an above and beyond delivery experience!

I have received several orders, and it has never had cool packs!

Dove promises are always delicious but i worried about them being delivered in the heat wave.

Also, since the weather warmed, the order was shipped with some nice insulation to keep from melting.

Packaging/appearance

They came with insulation and a cool pack in the box and they are perfect!

An insulated box with wrapped gel freezer packs to prevent any heat damage!

The dove chocolates were packaged so that there was no melting once they were delivered.

The packaging was awesome - for the heat we have had to arrive in perect un-melted condition was a great feat.
