Glazed ceramics are supposed to be healthier to eat off of than plastic or melamine & will last indefinitely so long as they are handled with care. They are sturdy and come packed well. No breaks or cracks yet.

No pock marks in the glaze, no deformations in the overall shape, perfect holes in each handle & no sharp edges anywhere on any spoon. They are the exact size as normal chinese porcelain soup spoons, perhaps just slightly less deep.

Really liked the quality of the product and packaging. I base a lot of my purchasing decisions on what others take time to write in their reviews, so i feel responsible to also review quality products that i purchase.

If you're expecting a cadre of kindergartners for a soup-based meal, this is the item for you. The hanging loop has sharp edges and could cause cuts if not handled carefully. Will consider stainless instead.
