Pros

They hold a 12 ounce cup of coffee with room to spare for milk to be added. They are well-made, medium-weight, and hold 16 ounces.

Good quality, reasonable price. Just as advertised. Amazon is the fastest at getting things.

Men in my family have big hands and they appreciate the larger mugs and handles. They are very light and the handle is very comfortable. Easy to clean and keep the coffee warm.

Cons

Chipping, cracking makes them a useless purchase. I have cups that are 20 years old that lasted longer than these. Would not recommend them.

I paid $28/6 mugs as there was a $2 off coupon when i bought them.

A set of 6 for $27 was a bargain.

It’s hard to find a decent mug that’s under $5.

The sender was trying to put blame on the delivery system for the production issue.

The packaging was impressive and protected the mugs nicely.

All mugs were packaged so that not one mug was broken.

The turquoise is more light blue but, still very pretty.
