Pros

These are gorgeous mugs. The 19oz capacity is great and the color is adorable. The handles actually vary a lot on this shape of mug.

Carefully packaged, prompt shipping - excellent value. Came very well packaged. Nice lip. Great pruce. And priced well.

Elegant, pretty, and nice color. No es del todo blanco blanco pero por lo demás muy buena calidad.

They are well-constructed, well-balanced, and have a simple, but pleasing design. They seem durable too. The only problem i have with them is fingers don't fit in the slanted handles.

Cons

Mugs chip easily. Half have been thrown out in less than 6 months of purchase. They do it specifically to circumvent amazon's rules. How ridiculous. Amazons policy is 30 days.

Original order had one cup with firing crack or something and they shipped a new set while paying for return of the original set.

Packaging/appearance

These mugs were package exceptional well and amazon packaged the box securely.

I was nervous about packaging in the past from a different website we ordered glasses and they broke in the process.

The packaging was incredible so they all arrived unbroken.

The packaging has a cute little booklet letting you know that the cardboard packaging can be repurposed :)
