Two issues are the rocking feature does not seem to work and the cord for the massage pillow is very very short

That was one of the main reasons i decided on this chair was because of others reviews regarding this subject and im too embarrassed to say why i contacted them thought i was shorted screws but they were already installed in the chair haha

There isnt an onoff button and it cannot hold a charge
