The installation manual is detailed and easy to follow it even comes with installation video in case if the manual is not clear enough but i never used it

Took about 2030 mins to assembly overall quality is okay but there is no switch to turn the massage off have to unplug the power cable

Not perfect backrest a bit hard but a very comfy seat and lumbar support great chair for the price its worth what you pay for dont expect a 500 char it is not would buy again

Depending on the rotation of the base the chair can become unstable simply leaning forward
