Pros

These are a lozenge so you let them dissolve in your mouth, they are not chalky. They have a light cinnamon flavor, which is very pleasant. Good * probiotic.

There's k12 for your * and m18 for your teeth, and some other critters with mysterious functions. My primary interest in * probiotics is to prevent gum disease. No mouthwash, no toothpaste.

The probiotics seem to have lightened the sinus headaches a little bit so far. It's springtime with high pollen counts and my chronic sinus congestion and post nasal drip is much better than it was.

This product is terrible! Very congested and a lot of sinus pressure. Shortly after taking this medication, i was diagnosed with * lichen planus.
