I’ve been happy with the results i’m getting in the bathroom as i generally have a tendency to get backed up and this has helped with that.
One capsule a day, in it's own little pouch, taken first thing in the morning.
This product has some great ingredients and invisibility are working wonders on my microbiome for certain.
