But the averils were incredibly tight in the toe box— specifically heightwise

The width in that area was okay but it was like my toes were smashed flat so much so that i couldn’t even keep them on to walk down the hall

I actually used the sizing chart on the dr martens website where you outline your foot on a piece of paper with a pencil then measure with tape measure

The shoes are a bit uncomfortable to wear for long hiking as almost all take off the shoes during the lunch rest and rest nylon feet on the shoes they just took off or at camp they do the same when restingaround the fire all but the girl in troop who started the shoe trend
