The leather is not quite as stiff as the traditional 1460 boots, and a lot shinier. These boots are incredible! They're super stylish and feminine.

On their own, they’re too big, but with an insole, they fit perfectly. It’s very very snug with thicker socks or when i tried my own insoles. The sole is perfect height and non-skid.
The durability of these boots is out of this world, they take some breaking in but all boots do, and they’re beautiful. I’d expect them to hold up to winter weather pretty well. These are current photos of the shoes i bought in 2020.
There is a tag at the top of the boot with the dr martens logo but it is hidden underneath any standard sized pant. The docs run larger.

I am okay with how it feels with its standard insert but it doesn’t have much room to add your own or add any cushion

They fit like a true eu 39 which is more like a us 8

They’re pretty uncomfortable at the instep where the leather seam meets the elastic panel and where the top of the boot hits my leg but i think they’ll get better with a break in period
