They had no real flavor that i could detect nor did i experience an upset stomach or burping after taking them as can happen sometimes with vitamins

The trouble with writing reviews on this sort of product is that it is often difficult to determine the efficacy of a supplement particularly if you are taking multiple supplements and cannot necessarily say which one is giving you the benefits that you are experiencing or if other elements in your life are the root cause
