Pros

Liposomal vitamin c is easy to * and doesn't hurt the digestive system. This means it is so much easier on the stomach and eliminates gas problems as happens when taking other vitamin c products.

Cons

Very disappointing because of the premium price. Mercola is not really liposomal.
