Easy to * because gel cap that is flexible smooth and flattens out.
Cons
The lid was melted to the bottle and needed to be forced open. The seal was burned and there was a strong smell of burned plastic.
The amount inside each capsule is very small. It is not returnable. The pills was liquified. Still nauseous and pains in stomach.
Liposomal manufacturing processes are time consuming, expensive and require a highdegree of sophisticated technology and equipment. Products with phospholipid in the capsule can form liposomes in the stomach.

I keep these in my mouth and let them dissolve if i feel a little tickle .

Mercola is a trustworthy brand and liposomal is better absorbed.
