Pros
Since amazon has the cheapest price i bought it from them for the first and last time. It helps me fall asleep naturally. It also has magnesium in it which helps prevent the feet cramps i would get in the morning when stretching!
Cons
It seems like the very first few i would have some wild dreams but after that didnt really help me go to sleep. Poor guarantee. After that i wouldnt dream again.
