Pros

Been taking ubiq for a few years now. Most formulations are big honkin' goose egg gel caps. Heart patients show dramatic increase in co q 10 levels with the ubiquinol form.

Cons

This is my most expensive supplement but i am stopping taking from today. The use of fish-based gelatin along with citrus results in fish burps, sort of like what you can get from poorly made fish oil supplements.
