Pros

Most formulations are big honkin' goose egg gel caps. Easy to *. The capsule is large but easy to * with little, if any, taste.

Cons

This is my most expensive supplement but i am stopping taking from today. The use of fish-based gelatin along with citrus results in fish burps, sort of like what you can get from poorly made fish oil supplements.
