Pros & Cons
Pros
The quality of this product is very good, which completely conforms to the seller's description. The only downside is the way the wire is coiled.
Easy to use, no need for instructions, but they are included and useful. Comes with a handbook that explains every button. Faster readouts and slightly higher quality.
The light meter has the detached sensor for more precise measurements. It isn't a par meter, but used in conjunction with a lumens to ppf calculater web page. For those who use led light check the sensor sensitivity chart.
As someone who collects plants, this is very useful for making sure all the green babies are happy. Fun to adjust the light for african violets and orchids. I recommend for anyone who is a collector of plants.
A very nice case, a good armored meter. The orange part is actually the removable case. I also like the bumper case that comes around the light meter.
Cons
It says in the description that you can use this for photography but the readout does not display aperture. The meter appeared used, it has rusty spot on swrew driver, and the screen has screeches.

The manual setting of ranges is a bit cumbersome but to get a similar meter where the correct range is found automatically cost hundreds of dollars more and that extra convenience is not worth the extra cost

I tested on various models until i found the model with the closest par to what my par meter was showing

Unfortunately this means without a par meter this wont be very useful

Lux is a much simpler 34dumber34 tool that does not account for wavelength or color temperature of the lighting like a par meter does
