The ear muffs are comfortable and easy to wear and block out a significant amount of noise. The adjustable headband is a thoughtful touch. One of my children is autistic and he fell absolutely in love with wearing these.

Do some research outside of amazon before relying on a product that keeps your baby from losing their hearing. These are marketed for children -- and at least my (2. Year-old) son was a disappointment.
