Pros

No upset stomach. They also help with my reflux.

Ohhira's probiotics contain just the right amount of prebiotics, probiotics, and postbiotics (so they are easy on your digestive system) since no refrigeration is needed - they are so easy to travel with. Live cultures without refrigeration.

I have had trouble with the typical drug store brands working for a few months and then not working any more.

I have found this to be very beneficial.

I knew as an rn that there could be problems with my gut, as all the good bacteria killed with the antibiotics.

Do not confuse this item with the other brands that only have the probiotic.

Price

The catch is, of course, the price.

I’ve used the 3yr fermented before & was always satisfied.

Now i went back to the 3yr fermented & i have no problems.

Bought the 5yr fermented prior to this bit found it too strong for my system so i took 1 a day.
